My mom was watching some of the Martineau kids the other night and this little man was crackin me up!!! He found Mj's barbie sun glasses and wouldn't take them off all night. For those of you that have seen Dennis the Menace.... One of my favorite parts of that movie is when the "BAD" guy leans over the fence and asks Gunther "What cha eatin there sport?" and he replies "UH APPLE". Well when I asked miles what he was eating he replied "UH APPLE" I was laughing so hard! I love this little guy!

I seriously can't and don't want to, imagine my life without this kid! The other night we were flipping through channels on the TV and my mom clicked the info button on a movie. It ended up being rated R. So we talked about how we couldn't watch it cause of what it was rated. My mom then asked what rated R meant,

Nate pipped up with: "It is R for ROBBERS!"

Me: " No, it is R for RESTRICTED, we shouldn't watch movies like that. No one should"

Nate: "No HUH! It means R for ROBBERS"

I about died laughing! I'm not sure if he meant rated R movies have robbers in them or if he thought that robbers were bad enough that they are allowed to watch rated R movies!

I never thought I'd say it but I miss this kid like CRAZY!!!! I am so proud of him and happy to say he is doing great! I finally got my OWN letter/card, it was so cute! He sent me a baby GIRL card! When he flew out to DC he got to talk to my mom and made the comment that him and his companion were going crazy waiting for the baby news, My mom then asked why his comp would be so excited to find out what i was having, come to find out that his companions mom is pregnant with her 12th child and they were awaiting the news of what she was having too!

I know this is super super old but I had to blog about it... I was super obsessed with the LAST season of the Bachelor with Jake... I was thrilled to know that I wasn't the only one, my Super CUTE friend Nikki was just as obsessed as I was! So for the 2 hour season finale we got together to watch the show... I got a little "cheesy" and brought our own roses and wine glasses for our martinelli's. We had so much fun and were so depressed when he picked Vienna, she was AWEFULL!!!! Pretty funny now that they are over and didn't last but 3 months, if even that!

As you have read in my last three posts, I love a lot of things! I also have a lot of FAVORITES!

Story time:) So we were pretty much snowed in at my house and I finally decide its time to take down our Christmas decorations. However, I was so not motivated! I was on the lap top so I decided to burn a new CD with some sweet music to help me get motivated to clean. As I am sitting there going through songs....

Me: "AHHHH, This is my new FAVORITE song! Hun, you should learn how to play this on your guitar!"

A few minutes later...

Me: "EWWW, I have to have this song on here, It is my FAVORITE Rascal Flatt's song"

A few minutes later....

Me: "AW man, This song wont fit and its my FAVORITE!"

Nicholas: "Babe, just so you know, you have said that every song on that CD is your FAVORITE! I think you'll be okay without that one!"

And again, In primary my calling is the chorister and I LOVE IT!!! I have so much fun and the kids are amazing! I taught the kids the song Lift Up Your Voice and Sing on my first Sunday teaching. Well when I taught them I told them that it was my FAVORITE primary song, because it is... A few weeks later we are singing a new Christmas song and I shout out that it is my FAVORITE song. One of the kids raised their hand and with a confused look on their face said,

"But, Sister Mallory I thought Lift Up Your Voice and Sing was your FAVORITE song???"

So I have A LOT, A LOT, of FAVORITES, especially when it comes to music and movies! There are just to many good ones to only have ONE FAVORITE!

(Please tell me I'm not the only one with this problem)

TEA TIME

I LOVE TEA PARTIES!!!

Over the three day weekend, I promised Mary we would have a tea party, and man did she hold me to it! It was so much fun! I love these girls and we had a blast! Talking in an old English accent and having the girls join in is just TOO much FUN! I also have the most handsome, most rich, most amazing PRINCE CHARMING!

Thank you Grandma Collen and Aunt Diane for supplying the beautiful tea cups... That I bought while I was traveling in China:) wink wink My favorite story that my Aunt Sylvia always told at her tea parties is one that I am trying to pass on at mine. She always talked about the amazing trips she went on, one in particular when she went to China. She told us that the women were treated so badly and that no one had the Gospel of Jesus Christ. So she smuggled in Books of Mormon to give them. Very secretly they would hold meetings where they would read and study that book and how the women gained strong testimonies. I have always loved that sweet story and I love sharing it with my own twist on what happened and most importantly my testimony of that wonderful book! What is even greater than telling the story is when the girls catch on too. Eva shared that when she was in France she helped give women pass along cards about the church!

Amelia, Amelia, Amelia!!! I could not get this girl to smile for me! She is still beautiful though! I Wish I had a full body picture cause she was wearing my brown boots that went up to her thighs!

EVA! WOW Smokin hott! I hate that I made her look this old! She tried on like 5 dresses and finally decided on this one, mostly so she could wear the shoes!!!

MJ, man alive do I love this girl, and boy did she love this dress!!! She is the best little sister a girl could ask for!

I seriously don't understand how they could stay up till midnight and then be up at 7 in the morning! I, of course, was sleeping when the girls decided they were gonna put more make up on. As you can see they had eye shadow everywhere!

A tea party for breakfast is a great way to start the day!

New Addition!

Call me CRAZY, because I am! I kind of surprised my husband with a puppy! He had a boxer when he was younger and had talked about "Rocky" quite a bit. So when I heard from a friend that her friend's boxer was having puppies I got super excited! So a few months later the puppies were born, Nicholas had figured out my surprise, (mostly cause I'm like my mom and can't keep surprises a secret for very long!) and we were trying to pick one out. Nicholas liked one and OF COURSE I wanted a different smaller one:) Anyway I ended up just going over and getting the one Nicholas wanted and somewhat surprised him. It took us about a week to name him, (we are in trouble when we have a kid, we'll prolly call him or her IT for a month) we finally decided on JAX. He is super cute and a pain! For some odd reason we kind of like him, and even though my mom won't admit it she really LOVES him the MOST!!!!

These are when he was little, cute and innocent! He is much bigger and not so innocent now!

South Carolina Baby!!!

Nicholas and I had the opportunity to go to South Carolina in August. We went for the Black family reunion, which is my mother-in-laws side of the family. I hadn't met most of them and Nicholas hadn't seen them in like 4 years. It was so much fun! We were there for a whole week that went by so super fast! I had never been back east before so everything was new to me. the weather was actually very nice while we were there, but it was way humid. Everything was so green and beautiful. One thing I found funny was that pine needles were used as decoration. My brothers and I hated (my brothers still hate) the FHEs when we would have family pine needle pick up. So after seeing pine needles around the trees as decoration I just laughed and thought man, we should try that! Here are some pictures I took so many i could have posted a hundred more...

Boiled Peanuts:) This was a first for me and they were really really good! Granddaddy and Grandmama also had a tomato garden so the tomato sandwiches were to DIE for!

My husband, just chillin! Isn't he HOT!?!?! Yes, Yes he is!

We had the chance to go to the temple in Columbia with the family. It was such a neat experience. I love temples and want to go to as many as I can, so I was so excited. I am so thankful that temple work is important to our family and that we took time to attend.

We also got to go to the mountains in North Carolina and go tubing down a river.(I don't remember what one) It was super fun! Like I said before everything was so green!!! We saw some turtles just floating down with us, it was so cool!!! As we were getting down the river towards the end of our journey... there was this rope swing. All the boys were jumping and swinging away. SO.....

Nicholas: Hey babe why don't you try??

Me: No, its okay... I don't think I have enough upper body strength to hold my body up.

Nicholas: Yes you do, you'll be fine!

Me: Okay, but so help me if you laugh at me your dead!

So I try and as soon as my feet hit the water, I couldn't hold my body up and just splashed! It was UGLY! I guess I felt I was more athletic than that, even though I have no upper body, so I decided to try again. This time I climbed up higher hoping to get more air or something... I really don't know what I was thinking...Anyway I pretty much did the same thing I did the first time but somehow I managed to jam my finger. It swelled up and hurt like crazy... It got to the point where I couldn't even move it. So yeah, it was black and blue no fun at all! Nicholas didn't laugh so I let him live, and he did feel really bad for talking me into trying!

Nicholas drove home after this little trip and this is the family crashed out! We had way to much fun!

Then the Beach!!!! I LOVE THE BEACH! I could have spent a whole week just chillin at the beach! It might be cause I'm an Arizona girl and am not around it a lot but I love it! The water was so warm and we had so much fun in the sun!

This was our last day, and we hadn't taken a picture with just our family so we pulled off to the side of the road, set our cameras on the top of the car and smiled! It was such an amazing trip! We had such a blast and were so lucky to get to go on this vacation! I married into such AWESOME family! I am so glad I got to go meet some of them and spend more time with the ones I already knew! I just wish we weren't so far away!

I LOVE MY HUGE FAMILY!!! Our reunion was a few weeks ago and i had a blast! Our family get togethers are always full of fun and exciting things! Between the little kids and the BIG kids, their parents, haha there is never a dull moment! We rode horses, played in the pond and had a slip-in-slide, made cute hair flowers and T shirts, and the funnest part was just spending time together... As you can see Grandpa Tenney was ready to call it quits by the end of the weekend! As you look at the rest of the pictures you'll know why... I was in charge of picture and I took so many it was hard to choose what ones to post... so sorry family if there aren't any of you, I promise I have some, so i'll let you know when I have them uploaded.

HOLY SHMOKES!!!! It has been a WHOLE year (and some because I'm horrid at this still and i'm always behind) since Nicholas and I met! (officially) I seriously can't beleive it! It seems like we've been together forever and then at the same time it seems like it all happened yesterday... I love my husband so much, and am so thankful for all he does for me! I can't imagine my life without him!!! One year down, eternity to go:)

A Night on the Town

I LOVE FATHERS AND SONS:) Cause that means time with mom and JUST girls... This year we went to Payson, went to dinner, then bowling, then (of course, cause Aunt Tiff came) COUPONING!!! Bowling was so much fun! It was the little girls first time, and they all were hilarious... They put all their might into it and the ball still went at snail speed! I had a blast, Thanks Mom and Aunt Tiff!!!

We were very lucky to get the chance to go to Idaho for a weekend. Our good friend Rocky Nelson went to visit his family in Utah and because Hanna got asked to prom, he had some extra room! He invited us to tag along, we were so excited! We (Rocky, Maci, Nicholas, and I) left at 3:30 in the afternoon on Friday and arrived and like 3:30am at Rocky's parent's home. They were kind enough to let us crash there for about 3 hours. Then we got up and 6:30 to leave for Idaho. Mitchell, an old mission companion to Nicholas, lives up in Utah came and picked us up and drove us there. It was so fun to see the family and it was especially a treat to get to see Grandmama Black. She was visiting from South Carolina and we caught her before she went back home. We wish we could have stayed longer but it was so worth it and such a blast to visit and spend time with the family!

About 40min outside Burley is this place called Cauldron Lynn. They let all the dam water out and it drains into this main pit?!? Idk how to really explain it but it was so cool to look at! It was absolutely amazing! Water was shooting up everywhere!

New Job, New Truck!!

Nicholas has been working for Dr. Jeff Anderson and Mogollon Family Dentistry, and he absolutly LOVES it! He has been working there for about 4 months... so like forever!! It has been so good for him and they treat him GREAT!!! He works part time so he is able to go to school, this summer he will start working full time then back to part time when school starts again!!! He decided he'll try and apply to the Hygenist program at NAU. So one more year in Heber at NPC then off to Flag... If we're lucky only 4 more years of school!!!! Yahoo:)

We we're looking for another vehicle since we got married and couldn't decide what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend and Blah Blah Blah! I HATE looking for vehicles! I HATE talking about it! I HATE decisions about them! SO... i let my Uncle Paul do all that for me! We called him when i needed a car and he found my blue one, so we called him again about a truck. Sure enough he got back with us with this truck and if theres a will theres a way and we ended up getting it! We love it and my dad is jealous!!! Oh and it wasn't this dirty when we got it:)

1st Annual Cousins Tea Party

In honor of my Beautiful, Talented, Patriotic, Senator Aunt Sylvia Allen (the BEST tea party host ever!!!!) i decided to have one of my own. Lucky for me all my little girl cousins thought it would be fun to come, and to say the least we had a blast!!! We all dressed up and spoke in our best English Lady accents. We talked about our castles, private jets and limos, and most important our current prince:) Mine of course being the cutest! (THANKS BABE FOR LETTING US KICK YOU OUT OF THE HOUSE) Oh and we also talked about our recent trips and vacations, Maryah's was the best, she took a recent trip to the refrigerator:) Silly girl! Anyways, it was so much fun! Thanks to all my cousins for coming over and spending time with me!!!

OUR TEA HANGOVER

Grandma Tenney was staying at her house in Heber the night of our tea party, we couldn't let her stay at her house all by herself, SO SCARY! So we all went over there and continued our party in her basement. We watched two movies that night and ate way to much junk, but hey thats allowed at grandmas! The pictures were taken the morning after... if you look closely we are still eating junk!

Or so they think!!! While we were in Idaho for Christmas Nicholas and some buddies went duck hunting. My husband couldn't stop smiling to save his life!!! He had been looking forward to huntin for like months. He was more excited to go hunting then he was for Christmas! They got 4 ducks and i was happy, cause he was happy!

I don't think i will ever understand the serious face? So he couldn't stop smiling to save his life, but he could for the pictures.

This is Nicholas' friend Jeff, he got the most beautiful duck of all! He was wishing he wasn't a poor college student so he could mount it. School Stinks!

We spent Christmas in Idaho this year... Nicholas had missed the last 2 years because of his mission, so his mom was so happy to have everyone home this year. We owe Grandma Tenney our lives! She let us borrow her expedition and we are so grateful cause the weather wasn't the best, 4-wheel drive was amazing! It was beautiful though, i fell in love with these trees! It was absolutely amazing! Props to my hubby, he took the tree pictures while i was driving.

Nicholas' family just moved into their new house. They had no appliances, they hadn't come in yet, but we managed very well without them. Out the back door in the snow was the frig and the stove (camping stove) was in the garage... My mother-in-law was amazing with her cooking! The house is gorgeous! I love the cabinets and i'm so jealous! Even though it was my first Christmas away from my family and i missed them so much, I had a wonderful time and am so thankful for my new family!!!! We had a blast!

K, so i pretty much have the coolest, sweetest, awesomest husband ever!!! He is always trying to surprise me, because he knows i hate surprises. Now your wondering why i think he is so great... Well i told my mom that i would babysit for her so she could go to the Celine Dion concert with my aunt Tiff. Nicholas, as we were getting ready to leave to come babysit, kept making comments about how it was going to be such a long day, and how it was going to be so hard, and there are so many kids. I was like whats your deal? Its not that hard and there really aren't that many kids. Come to find out that he had gotten with aunt Tiff and got me a ticket to the concert for Christmas! I had no idea! I'm sittin on the floor in jeans and a T-shirt when my mom was getting ready to leave so i get up to get instructions and she said lets go! I couldn't beleive it, i was so shocked! It was the coolest, sweetest, awesomest surprise ever! I love you Nicholas, and you did an amazing job babysitting all those kids!

Cookies, Movies, and Santa!

The other day after going to town with my mom, i took the two little guys back to my house. I had just bought the old classic christmas movies, like rudolph the red nosed reindeer, santa clause is comin to town, and frosty the snowman, the ones you watch at grandmas when you were little. I was so excited to have someone to watch them with... It was so fun making memories with my little bros. We made cookies, watched movies, and annoyed Nicholas:)

After the movie Santa Clause is Comin to Town as we were putting kisses on the cookies, Nate informed me that he wants to be Santa when he grows up. I said, "Really? Well maybe you just might." However he said that he can't be Santa here in this town. When i asked why, he replied, looking at me like i was completely out of it, "cause we already have one!" I sure love my Nate Dawg!!!

We had our wedding reception in Idaho on Nov. 22.(had to wait for football season to be over:) YAHOO the wedding is over!!! The drive was super long but it was so worth it... we had a really good time getting to know Nicholas's family better! They are such good people, we love and miss them lots!

We left at like 11pm on thurs and arived at like 11:30am on fri... Dad and nicholas drove through the night! Mom and i were sick and tired to DEATH of Led Zeplin and Pink Floyd!!!!

O' Christmas Tree O' Christmas Tree

Our First Christmas Tree!!!! It was so fun actually getting a Christmas tree for our house! Nicholas and i had been trekking for 'THE ONE" and i was getting pretty inpatient and was freezing so when he said he found one i was like GREAT cut it down!!! It turns out he did an excellent job. Our tree, if i do say so myself, is pretty good lookin!

I of course made him move it like 1000 times! He would move it where i told him, then i would change my mind so he would move it back then i would change my mind again and again:) Poor Guy!

Then ME being inexperienced in Christmas tree lighting, only bought 2bxs of lights and we ran out about half way, and i know i started on the bottom when i hear you are supposed to start on top. Well i bought more lights finally, my husband was so ready to get it finished!

We finished and i think it turned out pretty cute!

Its been pretty busy and i'm so glad the wedding is over and that Nicholas went through with it:) haha He truly is the best thing that ever happened to me! Our wedding day was absolulty amazing! That is an understatment too, words cannot even describe my feelings. The sealing was so beautiful and the spirit was so strong. I'm so greatful for my grandpa Tenney that had just received the sealing power, to have him perform the sealing, to listen to his advice, and to shed many happy tears with him was an indiscribable feeling I wish to never forget. Also to see the ones we love in the temple to support Nicholas and I was overwhelming, so much love and support. Especially Nicholas's family that traveled so far to come, it meant so much to us. Nates Mighty Muscles

Nicholas and i were singin and playin the guitar when Nate Dawg walks in... He comes right to me, flexes, and says

"Sistor look at my muscles"

"Wow Nate! Those are Huge!" I replied

"Feel em"

"My goodness you are so strong!"

Now Crazy Talbert's turn, (that is Nates favorite nickname for Nicholas) goes through the same thing flexin away. Nate is so buff in his muscle shirt!

I asked him if i could take some pictures, so he flexed for me some more. When i was done he had to see the pictures, he was so proud!
He then lifted up is arm and looked at his arm pit and said,
"Look sistor i got some hairs in there!"
I have no idea where he learned about hairs in pits but he was positive he was growing some!

K, so Nicholas and i had this little bet that whoever won when we played pit would get a foot massage. As the pictures show i LOST!!! What stunk was i was winning the whole game then at the end he won three rounds in a row and pretty much dominated!

(sorry if you don't know how to play pit, if you do that makes sense)

Nicholas just chillin, this was his first one, he was nervous
